The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) put a law into
effect Feb 10, 2009 that basically declares motorcycles TOXIC
for anyone under the age of 13 due to the lead content. And
have banned the sale of bikes (100cc or less) and parts
for ALL the OEM's.

THIS WILL KILL YOUTH RACING!

There are a couple plans being put into action the best would be a federal injuction.
While the legal minds go to work we need to bombard the CPSC with our letters
and emails supporting the injuction relief.
